Scenario Description: I don’t take the supplements listed diligently, I try to take it whenever I can or whenever necessary. I work out a lot (an average of 4-5 days a week) mainly on strength & flexibility. My sleeping pattern varies - I usually go to bed past midnight and try to catch about an average of 6 hours of sleep. My muscle recovery is pretty slow, hence the need to boost my protein intake.
