Case Study 43: Female, 31 - Trying To Conceive, Fertility, Mental Alertness & Memory, Weight Loss

Scenario Description:Hai I would like a revision of my previous blend (Previour order number N-2020/****) I would want to achieve the same thing I mentioned previously i.e premenstrual and menstrual symptoms, brain and cognitive and memory functions since I am doing my masters now, and also maintaining my weight as well as good skin. However I would like a revision to ensure the previous one are safe for pregnancy since I am trying to conceive. And also would like an addition of any ingredient that would help in fertility as well since my daily life is quite stressful and it lowers the fertility potential.

Case Study 42: Female, 43 - 5km Runner, Knee Cap Discomfort, Weight Loss, Women Wellbeing

Scenario Description:I drink 3 cups of coffee per day. Easily get headache if the whether is hot. I have been trying to reduce my body fat for the past one year, it does show some results for the 1st 6 months but it has been staying flat for the next 6 months. I try to increase the volume of exercise and control diet but it shows marginal improvement only. I run 3 days a week, 5km each round with some mild knee cap discomfort.My skin is dry as well, my skin used to be oily. I also have mild virginal wall prolapse issue.

Screening & Designing Dietary Restriction / Allergies: NAOther Medical Comorbidities: Frequent bladder infection (UTI) Medication / Supplements Taking Concurrently: Probiotics, Occasional Protein Powder, G***n Bal****e Digestive powder (ground broccoli and kale) with lemon in the mornings, maca root powder with cacao powder. I will still be continuing with my current supplements so I'm hoping that this Nourished blend will address my other concerns.

Scenario Description: I feel lethargic easily, I always feel easily bloated. Too much dairy intake caused my stomach feel gassy which previously I do not have this issue.
